Having trouble with a payment on RedotPay? This guide will help you resolve common payment issues you might encounter. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot and fix these problems.
Common Payment Issue Solutions
- Verify Payment Details
Ensure that all the payment details you have entered are correct, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
- Check Account Balance
Make sure that there are sufficient funds available in your payment method. If you are using a credit card, ensure you haven't exceeded your credit limit.
- Update Payment Method
