Tracking Your Transactions

Keep track of all your transactions easily with RedotPay. This guide will help you navigate through your transaction history and find the information you need.

Steps to Track Your Transactions

  • Login to Your RedotPay Account
  • Navigate to the RedotPay login page.
  • Enter your username and password to access your dashboard.
  • Go to the Transactions Page
  • Once logged in, locate the 'Transactions' tab on the left sidebar of your dashboard.
  • Click on 'Transactions' to view your transaction history.
  • Filter Your Transactions
  • Use the filter options at the top of the transactions page to sort by date, transaction type, or status.
  • Select the desired filters and click 'Apply' to narrow down your search.
  • View Transaction Details
  • Click on any transaction to view detailed information including amount, date, status, and more.
  • For further details, you may download a receipt or statement for each transaction.
  • Download Transaction History
  • If you need a record of multiple transactions, use the 'Export' button to download your transaction history as a CSV or PDF file.
  • Choose the date range and format before exporting.
