Step-by-Step Guide to Navigating the Dashboard
- Log In to Your Account
- Visit Customer.io .
- Click on the "Login" button at the top right corner.
- Enter your credentials and click "Sign In."
- Dashboard Overview
- Upon logging in, you will be directed to the main dashboard.
- Familiarize yourself with the layout, which includes the navigation menu on the left side and the main workspace in the center.
- Explore the Navigation Menu
- Campaigns: Access your existing campaigns or create new ones by clicking on the "Campaigns" tab.
- Data Sources: Connect and manage your data sources to personalize your messaging.
- Audience: View and segment your audience based on various criteria.
- Reports: Analyze your campaign performance through detailed reports.
- Accessing Campaigns
- Click on the "Campaigns" tab to see a list of your active and past campaigns.
- Select a campaign to view its details, including performance metrics and settings.
- Creating a New Campaign
- In the "Campaigns" section, click on the “Create Campaign” button.
- Follow the prompts to set up your campaign's objectives, audience, and messaging.
- Utilizing the Help Center
- If you have questions or need assistance, click on the help icon in the top right corner.

- Logging Out
- To log out, click on your profile icon in the top right corner and select "Logout."
