Posting a New Job:
- Access the Job Posting Section: Navigate to the "Jobs & Candidates" section of your Lightcast dashboard and select "Post Jobs."
- Create a New Job Listing: Click on the "Create New Job" button.
- Job Title and Location: Enter the job title and specify the desired work location.
- Job Description: Compose a clear and compelling job description that highlights the key responsibilities, essential qualifications, and benefits of the position.
- Job Category: Classify the job opening by selecting the relevant industry and job category.
- Salary Range: Specify the expected salary range for the position. Note that you can also choose to display a salary range as "Not Specified" if you prefer.
- Company Information: Provide information about your company, including company size, website link, and company description.
- Keywords and Skills: Add relevant keywords and skills to enhance the reach of your job posting and ensure it matches the searches of qualified candidates.
- Application Requirements: Indicate any specific application requirements, such as cover letter needs or required documents.

- View & Edit: Access a list of your posted jobs. You can view each job's details, edit the description, or make adjustments to the job's settings.

- Promote Your Job: Use Lightcast's job promotion tools to enhance the visibility of your listing and attract more applicants.
