Step-by-Step: Navigating the Joyride App
- Download & Install the Joyride App
- Visit the Joyride website or find the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Download and install the app on your smartphone.
- Create or Log into Your Account
- Open the app and select Sign Up if you’re a new user.
- If you have an account, simply tap Log In and enter your credentials.
- Explore the Home Screen
- Upon login, you’ll land on the Home Screen. Here, you can:
- View available e-bikes or e-scooters near you.
- Check your account balance and ride history.
- Access notifications or promotions.
- Find and Reserve a Ride
- Use the map to find a nearby e-bike or e-scooter.

- Select Reserve to lock in your ride.
- Scan and Unlock

- End Your Ride
