Creating Your Joyride Account

Welcome to Joyride! Whether you’re new to electric vehicle sharing or just getting started with Joyride, we’re here to make your experience smooth and enjoyable. Follow these simple tips to hit the ground running and get the most out of your rides.


Head to the App Store or Google Play and search for the Joyride app. Once downloaded, create your account by entering your email, phone number, and a secure password.


Open the app and use the map feature to find available Joyride vehicles near you. Check the battery level and estimated range to make sure it fits your needs.


Tap on a vehicle to reserve it. You’ll have 10 minutes to reach and unlock the vehicle before the reservation expires.


Once at the vehicle, use the app to unlock it. Just tap "Unlock" in the app, and you’re ready to ride.


Wear your helmet and follow all traffic laws as you cruise to your destination. The app will track your ride distance, time, and cost in real-time.


Park the vehicle in an authorized area and make sure not to block sidewalks or driveways. Tap "End Ride" in the app to finish, and lock the vehicle.


After completing your ride, you can view your ride history and payment details in the app under "My Rides."
