Editing and Updating Your Kudoboard

A Kudoboard is a living expression of appreciation, and sometimes you might want to refine your message, add new content, or make adjustments to your design after it's been shared. Kudoboard makes it easy to edit and update your Kudoboards, ensuring they remain fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Editing and Updating
- Accessing the Editor:
- Click "Edit": From your Kudoboard list, click the "Edit" button next to the Kudoboard you want to modify.
- Opening the Editor: This will open the editor where you can make changes to your Kudoboard.
- Editing Content:
- Select Content: Click on the individual piece of content you want to edit (e.g., text, image, video, link).
- Edit Options: The editing tools will appear, allowing you to:
- Change text: Alter the text of messages, adjust font, color, and size.
- Update Images: Replace or resize images.
- Modify Videos: Adjust video playback settings or replace the video URL.
- Edit Links: Change the target website or blog post associated with a link.
- Rearranging Content:
- Drag and Drop: Click and hold the content you want to reposition, drag it to its new location on the Kudoboard, and release.
- Rearranging Using the Menu: Use the three-dot menu icon that appears when you hover over content to select "Move" and choose a new position.
- Adding New Content:
- Click "Add Content": Locate the "Add Content" button at the bottom of the screen. This allows you to add more text, images, videos, links, or design elements.
- Updating Design:
- Modify Theme: If you want to change the overall look and feel, change the theme using the "Theme" section of the editor, choosing from various pre-designed templates.
- Customize Colors: Adjust the color scheme by selecting from the color palette provided.
- Change Background: You can replace the background image or select a different solid color.
- Rearrange Layout: Adjust the placement of content elements using drag and drop to customize the layout and look of your Kudoboard.
By understanding how to edit and update your Kudoboards, you can ensure that your messages remain relevant, your designs are visually appealing, and your expressions of appreciation continue to be heartfelt and memorable.
