Once you have created a Feedly account, it's time to start populating your personalized newsfeed with content you actually want to read. Adding your favorite websites and blogs to Feedly is simple and allows you to stay updated on the latest news and information.
Adding Your First Feeds
Follow these steps to add your first feeds to your Feedly account:
- Access Your Feedly Dashboard: Sign in to your Feedly account using your email address and password or by logging in with your chosen social media account.
- Find the "Add Content" Button: Look for the "+" button in the top left corner of your Feedly dashboard. It might be labeled "Add Content" or "Add Feed".
- Enter a Website URL: Click on the "+" button and enter the URL of the website or blog you want to add. For example, enter "https://www.nytimes.com" to add The New York Times to your feed.
- Select the Feed: If the website offers multiple RSS feeds, you can select the feed that best suits your interests. For example, you might choose "The New York Times - World News" instead of the main website feed.
- Add the Feed to Your Dashboard: Click on "Add" or "Subscribe" to add the website or blog to your Feedly dashboard. You will now see the feed appear in your βAllβ category.
