Managing Projects and Tasks in LegalMation

LegalMation makes collaboration seamless, allowing you to share documents with colleagues, clients, and partners for review, feedback, and approvals. This guide explains different methods for sharing documents within the platform:

 If you're working on a project with a team, all members automatically have access to the shared project workspace.

  Documents uploaded or created within a project are visible to all project members by default.

  Access LegalMation's workflow configuration area.

  Select "Create New Workflow" to customize your workflow. 

  Give your workflow a clear and descriptive name (e.g., "Contract Approval Workflow").

  Design your workflow process by adding steps that define the order of approvals and actions.

  Select the specific team members or roles who should be involved in each workflow step. 

  Configure email notifications to inform team members when they have a task to complete in the workflow.
