Understanding the Dashboard

The OfficeRnD dashboard is your central hub for managing your workspace, members, bookings, and more. It provides a user-friendly interface to access all the essential features and tools.
Dashboard Overview
- Navigation Bar: Located at the top of the screen, the navigation bar provides quick access to different sections of the dashboard:
- Spaces: Manage your spaces, floor plans, and resources.
- Members: View and manage member profiles, assign access, and send communication.
- Bookings: Track bookings, manage availability, and set policies for resources.
- Payments: Review your billing history, manage invoices, and update payment information.
- Integrations: Connect and configure third-party integrations.
- Support: Access the help center and contact customer support.
- Workspace Overview: The main dashboard area provides a visual overview of your workspace:
- Space Summary: Displays key information about your space, such as the number of active members, available resources, and upcoming bookings.
- Recent Activity: Shows a feed of recent events in your workspace, such as new member additions, booking requests, and payment updates.
- Quick Actions: Provides shortcuts to commonly used actions, such as creating a new member, booking a resource, or sending an announcement.
- Menu Options: The dashboard menu (usually on the left-hand side) offers additional options for:
- Settings: Configure your workspace settings, including workspace details, access policies, and communication preferences.
- Reports: Generate reports on space usage, member activity, and billing history.
- Help Center: Search for articles and tutorials or contact customer support.
- Account: Manage your account profile, log out, or access system settings.
- Notifications: The dashboard displays notifications for important updates or actions that require your attention.
