Step-by-Step Setting Up Your Workspace

  • Create your space:
  • Navigate to the "Spaces" section in the OfficeRnD dashboard.
  • Click on the "Add Space" button to create a new space.
  • Provide your space's name, address, and any other relevant details.
  • If needed, adjust the time zone and currency settings.
  • Add floor plans:
  • After creating your space, upload a floor plan image to visually represent your workspace.
  • Use the floor plan editor to define your space layout, including rooms, desks, meeting spaces, and other resources.
  • Define resources:
  • Add each resource in your workspace (e.g., meeting rooms, desks, printers, parking spots) by clicking "Add Resource" in the floor plan editor.
  • For each resource, provide details like:
