Step-by-Step Setting Up Your Workspace
- Create your space:
- Navigate to the "Spaces" section in the OfficeRnD dashboard.
- Click on the "Add Space" button to create a new space.
- Provide your space's name, address, and any other relevant details.
- If needed, adjust the time zone and currency settings.
- Add floor plans:
- After creating your space, upload a floor plan image to visually represent your workspace.
- Use the floor plan editor to define your space layout, including rooms, desks, meeting spaces, and other resources.
- Define resources:
- Add each resource in your workspace (e.g., meeting rooms, desks, printers, parking spots) by clicking "Add Resource" in the floor plan editor.
- For each resource, provide details like:
- Resource name
- Resource type
- Capacity (if applicable)
- Location on the floor plan
- Booking settings (e.g., availability, booking limits, time blocks)
- Set policies:
- Establish booking policies for your resources:
- Define access rules for each resource:
- Who can book it (e.g., all members, specific groups, or individual members)
- Booking limits (e.g., maximum booking duration, advance booking time)
- Booking approval requirements (e.g., require admin approval)
- Configure meeting room settings:
- Set display names for rooms
- Select calendar integrations
- Manage workspace access policies:
- Control member access to specific areas of your workspace
- Customize communication preferences:
- Setup email notifications to inform members about bookings, cancellations, and other relevant events.
