Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you need to make adjustments to your Minted order, whether it's changing the design, address, or cancelling your order entirely. Here's what you need to know:

Order Changes

  • Design Changes:
  • You can generally make changes to your product design, like text, fonts, colors, or images, as long as your order hasn't shipped.
  • To make changes, log in to your Minted account, go to your Order History, and select the order you want to modify.
  • Click on the "Edit Design" button to access the design tool.
  • Make your changes, preview your updated design, and save.
  • Address Changes:
  • If you need to update your shipping address, log into your Minted account and access your Order History.
  • Select the order you need to modify and click on the "Edit Shipping Address" button.
  • Enter the new address information accurately and save your changes.
  • Keep in mind that address changes can only be made to orders that haven't shipped yet.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You can typically cancel your order before it has shipped.
  • To cancel, log in to your Minted account, go to Order History, and select the order you want to cancel.
  • Click the "Cancel Order" button.
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
  • After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You will need to handle any returns or exchanges through our Returns & Refunds process.
