Common Shipping & Delivery Questions

  • What shipping methods are available?
  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping is our most affordable option, while expedited options provide faster delivery.
  • What are the shipping rates?
  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, the chosen shipping method, and your destination address. You can get an estimate of your shipping cost during checkout.
  • How long does it take to ship my order?
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout.
  • Can I track my order?
  • Yes, you can track your order's progress online. You'll receive a tracking number and link in your order confirmation email.
  • Can I change my shipping address?
  • You can usually change your shipping address if your order has not yet shipped. To make changes, log in to your Minted account, go to your Order History, and select the order you need to update. Look for an "Edit Shipping Address" option.
  • What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?
  • The shipping carrier may leave your package at your doorstep or in a safe location. You will receive notification from the carrier, and you can often arrange for a redelivery or pickup.
  • Can I schedule a delivery for a later date?
  • We currently do not offer scheduled delivery options, but we encourage you to reach out to customer support if you have a specific delivery request.
