Tracking Your Minted Package
Stay informed and up-to-date on the journey of your personalized Minted products with our simple order tracking system.
Tracking Your Package
- Order Confirmation Email: When you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email featuring a link to track your package.
- Click the Tracking Link: Click the provided tracking link in the confirmation email to access the order tracking page.
- Track Your Order: On the tracking page, you'll find:
- Shipping Carrier: The delivery company handling your package.
- Tracking Number: A unique code that identifies your package.
- Estimated Delivery Date: The projected date when your order will arrive.
- Order Status: You can see updates on the package's progress, including when it was shipped, when it's in transit, and when it's delivered.
- Notifications: You'll receive automated email notifications as your order progresses through the shipping process.
- Minted Account: You can also track your order directly through your Minted account by visiting your Order History.
- Customer Support: If you have any issues or questions about tracking your order, our customer support team is available to assist you.
