Managing Your Minted Subscriptions
Minted offers a variety of subscription programs that make it easy to send personalized cards for every occasion. This guide will help you manage and customize your subscriptions to ensure you're sending cards that match your needs.
Managing Your Subscriptions
- Access Your Account: Log in to your Minted account.
- Go to Subscriptions: Look for a section labeled "My Subscriptions" or "Subscriptions" in your account settings.
- Review Your Current Subscriptions: You'll see a list of your active subscriptions, including:
- Subscription Name: The name of your subscription plan.
- Billing Cycle: The frequency of your billing cycle, such as monthly or annually.
- Next Billing Date: The date of your next billing cycle.
- Manage Subscription: A button or link to manage the details of your subscription.
- Update Subscription Details: Click on "Manage Subscription" to:
- Change Your Billing Cycle: Adjust the frequency of your billing cycle to monthly, quarterly, or annually.
- Update Your Shipping Address: Ensure your shipping address is up-to-date for the delivery of your subscription cards.
- Modify Your Card Selection: Change the type of cards you receive in your subscription.
- Cancel a Subscription:
- Cancel Before Renewal: You can cancel a subscription before it renews by accessing your subscription details and clicking "Cancel".
