Managing Your Address & Payment Information

Keeping your address and payment information up-to-date on Minted ensures seamless checkout and accurate delivery of your personalized products.

Managing Your Address

  • Access Your Account: Log in to your Minted account.
  • Go to Account Settings: Find the "My Account" section or a similar option, usually in the top right corner of the website.
  • Manage Addresses: Look for a section labeled "Addresses" or "Shipping Addresses".
  • Add New Address: To add a new shipping address, click "Add New Address" or a similar option. Enter your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, and any other relevant details.
  • Edit Existing Address: To edit an existing address, click on the address you want to modify. Make any necessary changes and click "Save".
  • Remove an Address: To delete an address, click on the "Remove" or "Delete" button next to the address you want to delete.

Updating Payment Information

  • Access Account Settings: Follow the same steps as above to access your account settings.
  • Go to Payment Methods: Look for a section labeled "Payment Methods" or "Credit Cards".
  • Add New Payment Method: Click "Add New Payment Method" to add a new credit card or other payment option. Enter your card details, including your card number, expiration date, and security code.
  • Edit Existing Payment Method: To update your existing card information, click on the card you want to edit and enter your new details.
  • Remove Payment Method: To delete a payment method, click on the "Remove" or "Delete" button next to the method you want to remove.
