 Once we receive your returned items, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

 For returns, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  To request an exchange, please contact our customer support team and specify the item you wish to exchange.

  Items purchased at a discounted price or as part of a promotion are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-7 business days from the date it ships.

 You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.

 We utilize trusted shipping carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.

  Our packages are designed for secure and safe shipping.  You can recycle or reuse them after you've received your cookware and bakeware.

 Delivery to remote or rural areas may take longer than standard delivery times.
