 If required, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the cookware for repair. 

 Our team will inspect the cookware and perform the necessary repairs.

 Once the repair is complete, we will notify you and ship the repaired cookware back to you.

Getting Your Caraway Cookware Repaired

 Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase. 

  The warranty covers defects in the ceramic coating, the cast iron construction, and the overall functionality of your Caraway cookware and bakeware. 

  The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

  We'll determine the best course of action, either repairing or replacing your defective product. 

  You'll need to provide your original purchase receipt as proof of purchase for warranty claims.
