Can I use the Always Pan on an induction stovetop?

  Yes, the Always Pan is compatible with all stovetops, including induction. 

What is the Always Pan's non-stick coating made of?

  The Always Pan features a ceramic non-stick coating that is free of PFOA, PTFE, and lead.

  Yes, the Always Pan is oven safe up to 450°F (232°C).  

Can I use metal utensils with the Always Pan?

  While the Always Pan is designed to withstand some metal utensils, we recommend using silicone or wooden utensils to help maintain the integrity of the non-stick surface. 

What types of stovetops can I use the Perfect Pot with?

  The Perfect Pot is suitable for all stovetops, including induction.

  We recommend handwashing the Perfect Pot.  

  The Perfect Pot is available in several sizes, including 3-, 4-, and 6-quart options.

What types of food can I cook in the Oven & Air Fryer?

   The Oven & Air Fryer is versatile, allowing you to roast, bake, air fry, reheat, and more. 

What is the temperature range of the Oven & Air Fryer?

   The Oven & Air Fryer has a temperature range of 175°F to 400°F (80°C to 204°C).

   Refer to the user manual for detailed cleaning instructions. 

  We recommend following the seasoning instructions provided in the Cast Iron product description and care guide.

How often do I need to season my cast iron?

  You should re-season your cast iron as needed, usually after several uses or when you notice the non-stick properties diminishing.

  While we recommend handwashing cast iron, avoid using soap as it can strip away the seasoning.

  We recommend handwashing all of our products with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth. 

 Harsh scrubbers, steel wool, or abrasive cleaners can damage the non-stick surface of your  products. 

 While many of our products are dishwasher safe, we generally recommend handwashing to prolong their lifespan and preserve the quality of the materials. 

  Always dry your products thoroughly with a soft cloth after cleaning. Leaving them wet can lead to water spots or rust. 

 Store your items in a dry and cool area away from direct sunlight. 

  Cast iron pieces require regular seasoning to maintain their non-stick properties and prevent rust.

  Follow the specific cleaning instructions provided in the user manual for your Oven & Air Fryer. 

 Check the product descriptions and care tags for any specific instructions related to your individual items.
