Using Gametime's Mobile Ticketing Feature
Gametime's mobile ticketing feature makes entering events easier and more convenient than ever. There's no need to print out tickets or worry about carrying physical copies. Here's how to access and use your digital tickets:
Accessing Mobile Tickets:
- Download the App: If you haven't already, download the Gametime app on your mobile device (iOS or Android).
- Log In: Login to your Gametime account using your email address and password.
- Find Your Tickets: Go to the "My Tickets" section within the app.
- View Ticket Details: Tap on the ticket you want to access. You'll see details such as the event name, date, time, venue, and your seat location.
- Display QR Code: The app will display a QR code for your ticket. This code is unique and will be scanned at the venue entrance.
Using Mobile Tickets at the Venue:
- Ensure Battery Life: Before heading to the venue, ensure your phone has enough battery power to display your ticket. Consider bringing a portable charger if needed.
- Have Your Phone Ready: Have your phone accessible when reaching the venue entrance.
- Scan Your QR Code: Approach the venue staff member or ticketing kiosk with your QR code displayed on your phone. They will scan it to verify and grant entry.
