  • Contact Support: If you can't find a solution through FAQs or troubleshooting, reach out to Gametime support. You can contact them through the following methods:
  • In-App Support: Use the "Help" or "Support" section within the Gametime app.
  • Website Support: Access the "Help" or "Contact Us" section on the Gametime website.
  • Email Support: Use the support email address provided on the website or in the app.
  • Social Media Support: Contact Gametime's social media handles.
  • Provide Clear Details: When reporting a problem, be as specific as possible. Include the following information:
  • Account Details: Your email address or username associated with your Gametime account.
  • Specific Event Information: The name of the event, the date, and the venue.
