- Locate the order containing the item you wish to return and click on 'Request Return' next to it.
- Fill out the return form, providing details about the product and the reason for the return.
- Submit the return request. You will receive a confirmation email with the return instructions.
Returning the Product
Once your return request is approved, you'll need to follow these steps to return the product:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all components are included.
- Attach the provided return label to the package, ensuring it's visible.
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping location or schedule a pickup.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email once your return is processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
