Managing Your Payment Information

Keeping your payment information up-to-date on the Grubby app ensures smooth and efficient ordering. This guide will show you how to manage your payment methods and billing address.

Adding a New Payment Method

  • Open the Grubby App: Launch the Grubby app on your mobile device.
  • Access Account Settings: Navigate to your account settings. This is usually found in a menu (often represented by three lines or a profile icon).
  • Go to Payment Methods: Find the section dedicated to "Payment Methods," "Payment Information," or a similar option.
  • Add New Card/Method: Look for a button or option to "Add Payment Method," "Add Card," or similar.
  • Enter Card Details: You will be prompted to enter the necessary details for your new payment method:
  • Card Number
  • Expiration Date
  • CVV Code
  • Cardholder Name
  • Confirm and Save: Once you've entered the information, review it carefully and confirm to save the new payment method.

Removing a Payment Method

  • Open the Grubby App & Access Payment Settings: Follow the same initial steps as adding a new payment method to access your payment settings.
  • Select Payment Method to Remove: Locate the payment method you wish to remove from your account.
  • Remove/Delete Option: There should be an option to remove, delete, or unlink the selected payment method. Click or tap it.
  • Confirmation: You might need to confirm your choice before the card is removed.

Updating Your Billing Address

  • Access Account Settings: As previously explained, navigate to your account settings within the Grubby app.
  • Find Billing Address: Locate the section for “Billing Address” or "Address" within your payment settings.
  • Edit Address: Click or tap the "Edit" button next to your current billing address.
  • Update Address Details: Correct any inaccuracies and update the Address, City, State/Province, Postcode/Zip code, and Country.
  • Save Changes: Save your changes after reviewing the updated information.
