Keeping your payment information up-to-date on the Grubby app ensures smooth and efficient ordering. This guide will show you how to manage your payment methods and billing address.

 Launch the Grubby app on your mobile device.

  Navigate to your account settings.  This is usually found in a menu (often represented by three lines or a profile icon).

 Find the section dedicated to "Payment Methods," "Payment Information," or a similar option.

 Look for a button or option to "Add Payment Method," "Add Card," or similar.

  You will be prompted to enter the necessary details for your new payment method:

 Once you've entered the information, review it carefully and confirm to save the new payment method.

Open the Grubby App & Access Payment Settings:

 Follow the same initial steps as adding a new payment method to access your payment settings.

  Locate the payment method you wish to remove from your account.

  There should be an option to remove, delete, or unlink the selected payment method. Click or tap it.

  You might need to confirm your choice before the card is removed.

  As previously explained, navigate to your account settings within the Grubby app.

 Locate the section for “Billing Address” or "Address" within your payment settings.

  Click or tap the "Edit" button next to your current billing address.

 Correct any inaccuracies and update the Address, City, State/Province, Postcode/Zip code, and Country.

 Save your changes after reviewing the updated information.

Managing Your Payment Information

Forgotten your Grubby password? Don't worry, resetting it is easy! Follow these steps to regain access to your account.

 Locate the "Forgot Password," "Reset Password," or similar link, usually found below the login fields.  Tap or click on it.

 Enter the email address associated with your Grubby account in the provided field.

 Submit your request.  Grubby will send a password reset link to your email.

 Check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for an email from Grubby with a password reset link.

 Click the link in the email; this will take you to a page where you can create a new password.

 Choose a strong, new password that meets Grubby's password requirements (this might include minimum length and character type requirements). Re-enter the new password to confirm.

  Save your changes. You should now be able to log into your Grubby account using your new password.

 Choose a password that's difficult to guess, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

  Avoid using the same password across multiple accounts.

  Be mindful of phishing attempts and avoid sharing your password with others.

Resetting Your Password

Welcome to Grubby!  This guide will walk you through the simple steps to create your Grubby account and start enjoying delicious food delivered right to your door.

  First, download the Grubby app from your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

 Look for the "Sign Up" button or link, usually located on the login screen.

 You'll be asked to provide some basic information, including:

 Read and accept the Grubby Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

 Grubby might send a verification code to your phone number. Enter this code to verify your account.

 You can choose to add more information to your profile, like your address (to make ordering easier!), preferred payment method etc.

  To easily order food, add your delivery address.  Ensure the address is accurate for efficient delivery.

 Add your preferred payment method. Grubby typically accepts major credit cards and debit cards.

 Browse the menu and start ordering your favourite food!
