 Explore the Grubby menu to find the items you want to order.

 Tap the "+" button or equivalent to add items to your basket.  You can adjust quantities as needed.

 Once you've added all your items, review your order summary to ensure everything is correct.

 If you have any promo codes or discount codes, enter them in the designated field to apply a discount.

 Select your preferred payment method from the saved payment options.

  Tap the "Place Order" button or similar to finalize your order.

 You will receive an order confirmation on the app, and you may also get a confirmation email or SMS depending on your settings.

  Usually you will see a visual tracker for your order and you can monitor its progress.

 If your order is significantly delayed, or if you have concerns, contact Grubby customer support for assistance.

 Your order has been successfully placed.

 Your order has been successfully delivered.

 Your order was cancelled (this might be due to various reasons such as restaurant delays or issues with your order details).

 The app will display restaurants in your area that partner with Grubby and which offer delivery.  If no restaurants are shown, unfortunately, we don't currently deliver to your location.

Grubby offers convenient delivery options to our customers, although these vary depending on a customer's location and restaurant availability:

 This represents our typical delivery time.  The estimated delivery time is shown during the ordering process and will be visible throughout the tracking process.

  In some areas, Grubby may offer an express delivery option for a faster delivery.  This will be clearly indicated during the ordering process if it's currently available at your location.

  Depending on your location and restaurant availability, scheduling your delivery for a future time might be an option. Check within the app.

Grubby's delivery area is constantly expanding. We strive to cover as much area as possible, but there might be limitations due to restaurant locations, logistics, or other factors.  To see if we deliver to your location:

 The easiest and most accurate way is to open the app and enter your address.  The app will show you available restaurants immediately if delivery is available to your location.

  While the app is the most up-to-date source, our website might have a general region outline of our current delivery coverage.  The app, however is the best resource for seeing if we deliver to your exact location.
