How to Track Your Indigo Order
Knowing where your order is and when it will arrive is important. With Indigo, tracking your order is easy! Here's how:
Tracking Your Order
- Sign in to your Indigo account. Go to the Indigo website and click on "My Account" at the top of the page. Enter your email address and password to log in.
- Go to your Order History. Once you're logged in, click on "My Orders" in the account menu. This will display a list of your recent orders.
- Find your order and click "Track Order". Locate the order you want to track and click on the "Track Order" button next to it.
- View your order details. The tracking page will show you the current status of your order, including estimated delivery date, shipping method, and any relevant tracking information.
- Receive email updates. You'll also receive email notifications about your order status, including shipping confirmations and delivery notifications.
