Viewing Your Order History

Keeping track of your past orders with Indigo is simple and convenient. With your order history, you can easily review past purchases, track delivery details, and even make returns if needed.
Accessing Your Order History
- Sign in to your Indigo account. Go to the Indigo website and click on "My Account" at the top of the page. Enter your email address and password to log in.
- Go to your Order History. Once you're logged in, click on "My Orders" in the account menu. This will display a list of your recent orders.
- View your order details. Each order entry will show the order date, items purchased, total amount, shipping address, and current status. You can click on individual orders to see more details like tracking information and a breakdown of the items included.
- Filter your order history. You can filter your order history by date range, order status, or keyword search to quickly find specific orders.
- Download your order history. If you want to keep a record of your orders offline, you can download a summary of your order history in a printable format.
