Using the Messaging Feature

The Lobby's messaging feature allows you to communicate directly with other members, connecting with ease and fostering meaningful conversations. This guide explains how to use the messaging feature to stay connected.
Sending Messages
- Access the messaging inbox: Click on the messaging icon or "Inbox" in your The Lobby account.
- Start a new conversation: Click on the "Compose Message" button to start a new message.
- Select the recipient: Search for the member you want to message by their name or username.
- Write your message: Craft a clear and concise message, ensuring you're respectful and professional.
- Send the message: Click on the "Send" button to send your message to the recipient.
Managing Conversations
- View your inbox: Your inbox displays a list of active conversations with other members.
- Reply to messages: Click on a message to open the conversation and reply with your message.
- Mark messages as read: When you open a message, it will automatically be marked as “read.”
- Archive conversations: For conversations you've finished, archive them to keep your inbox organized.
- Delete messages: Permanently delete messages if needed.
