  • It must be in the original packaging, including all tags.
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items categorized under intimate wear are non-returnable unless they are defective.

Steps to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the return eligibility criteria listed above, follow these steps to initiate your return:

  • Step 1: Visit the Clovia website and log in to your account.
  • Step 2: Navigate to 'Order History' and find the order containing the item you wish to return.
  • Step 3: Click on the 'Return' option next to the item you wish to return.
  • Step 4: Fill out the return form with the required details and indicate the reason for the return.
  • Step 5: Print the return shipping label that will be provided and pack the item securely.
  • Step 6: Ship the package to the address indicated on the label.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
