SafetyCulture's reporting capabilities extend beyond pre-defined reports, allowing you to create tailored reports that meet your specific needs and data visualization preferences. You can customize reports to highlight specific data points, provide detailed breakdowns, and present insights in a way that best suits your audience and objectives.
Creating a Custom Report
- Access the Report Builder: Navigate to the "Data" section of your SafetyCulture dashboard and select the "Reports" tab.
- Choose "Create Custom Report": Click on the "Create Custom Report" button to initiate the report builder.
- Select a Report Type: Choose the type of data you want to include in your custom report. You can select from various options like:
- Inspections: Focus on overall inspection performance and outcomes.
- Checklists: Analyze the performance of specific checklists and individual questions.
- Team: View data regarding team members' performance and contributions.
- Audits: Analyze data related to audits and compliance.
- Customize Data Filters: Apply data filters to narrow down the information included in your report. You can filter by:
- Date Range: Select a specific time period for the report.
- Checklist: Focus on specific checklists or groups of checklists.
- Team Members: View data related to specific individuals or teams.
- Locations: Analyze data associated with particular locations or facilities.
- Other Criteria: Apply additional filters based on your specific reporting requirements.
- Select Data Fields: Choose the specific data fields you want to include in your report. This allows you to create custom data tables and visualizations.
- Add Visualizations: Choose from a variety of chart types to visualize your data:
- Bar Charts: Compare values across different categories.
- Line Charts: Show trends and changes over time.
- Pie Charts: Represent proportions or percentages of different data categories.
- Other Chart Types: Explore additional chart options based on your specific data and analysis needs.
- Customize Report Settings: Adjust report settings to control:
- Report Title: Provide a descriptive title for your custom report.
- Report Name: Choose a name for your custom report for easy reference.
- Report Format: Select the desired format for your report, such as PDF or CSV.
- Report Theme: Choose a visual theme for your report to enhance readability and branding.
