SafetyCulture's reporting capabilities extend beyond pre-defined reports, allowing you to create tailored reports that meet your specific needs and data visualization preferences.  You can customize reports to highlight specific data points, provide detailed breakdowns, and present insights in a way that best suits your audience and objectives.

  Navigate to the "Data" section of your SafetyCulture dashboard and select the "Reports" tab.

  Click on the "Create Custom Report" button to initiate the report builder.

 Choose the type of data you want to include in your custom report. You can select from various options like:

Generating Custom Reports

SafetyCulture empowers you to not only collect inspection data but also gain valuable insights from that information. By analyzing your inspection data, you can identify trends, measure performance, and make informed decisions to improve your safety program. 

  Log into your SafetyCulture account and click on the "Data" option in the navigation bar.

 Choose the type of report you want to generate. SafetyCulture offers various report types, including:

 Use data to identify weak areas in your checklists and revise them to ensure they effectively identify potential hazards.

Understanding Inspection Data

SafetyCulture provides convenient ways to export your generated reports into different formats and share them with stakeholders. This allows you to communicate key findings, collaborate on safety improvements, and ensure transparency across your organization.

  Navigate to the "Data" section of your SafetyCulture dashboard and locate the report you want to export.

 Click on the "Export" button or icon associated with the report.

 Select the desired format for your exported report. Common options include:

  Once you choose the export format, click on the "Download" button to save the report to your device.

  Within the report interface, locate the "Share" button or icon. 

  Click on the share button to generate a unique link that you can share with others.

  Depending on your settings, you may be able to customize sharing options, such as:

 Copy the generated shareable link and paste it into an email, instant messaging app, or other communication channel. 

 Some platforms allow you to directly email reports from the platform interface.

 Share reports by uploading them to cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive.

  Share reports within team collaboration platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams.

  When emailing reports, use a clear and informative subject line that summarizes the report's content.

  Provide a brief introduction when sharing reports to contextualize the findings and highlight key takeaways.  

  Encourage recipients to provide feedback or ask questions to facilitate dialogue and collaboration. 

  Save a copy of all exported and shared reports for future reference and to track progress over time.
