Once you've set up your Elfster exchange, it's time to bring in the fun! Inviting your friends and family to participate is a simple process. Here's how:

  Go to the "Participants" section of your exchange. You'll find a unique invite link. 

  Go to the "Participants" section and click "Add Participants." 

  Fill in each participant's name, email address, and optional phone number.

  Elfster will automatically send out invitation emails to the participants you've added.

  Go to the "Participants" section of your exchange. You'll see the status of each participant:

  Give your friends and family a deadline to RSVP so you can finalize participant numbers.

  Make sure the invitation message includes all the important details about the exchange, including the theme, rules, and deadlines.

 Keep track of who has joined and who hasn't to ensure everyone is included.

Inviting Participants to Your Elfster Exchange Using a Link

Sharing a unique link is the easiest way to invite people to join your Elfster gift exchange. It's simple, efficient, and allows participants to join directly from the link.

 Go to the "Participants" tab or section of your Elfster exchange. 

 Look for a button or text that says "Invite Link" or "Share Link." Click it. 

  The unique invite link will appear. Select and copy the link to your clipboard. 

  Paste the link into the body of an email and send it to your desired participants. 

  Post the link on your preferred social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

  Send the link via text message to invite participants directly to their phones.

  Share the link on any online platform or messaging app you use.

  Your invitees only need to click the link to access your exchange and join.

   They don't need to create an Elfster account beforehand.

  Share the link with multiple participants through different channels, making it easy to invite a large group. 

  Provide a brief message with the link, explaining the exchange theme, rules, and deadlines.

  Set an RSVP date to manage participant numbers effectively.

Inviting Participants Using a Link

Sometimes, sharing a link isn't the best way to invite people.  Maybe you have a smaller group or want to control who joins.  Manually adding participants lets you control the list and personalize the invitation process.  

 Go to the "Participants" tab or section on your Elfster exchange page.

 Locate the button or option to add participants.  It might say "Add Participants," "Invite Participants," or similar.

  Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each person you want to invite to the exchange.

  Once you've finished entering information, click the button to add the participants to your exchange.

  Elfster will automatically send out invitations to the participants you've added. The emails will include the exchange name, theme, rules, and deadlines.

  You might also have the option to add a personalized message to each invitation to make it more welcoming. 

  Make sure the participants you add have given their consent to be included in the exchange.

  If you've included a phone number for a participant, they may also receive text messages related to the exchange.
