Lightcast's interview scheduling feature streamlines the interview process, saving you time and effort by automating scheduling and communication.
Scheduling an Interview:
- Locate the Interview Scheduling Tool: Navigate to the "Jobs & Candidates" section of your Lightcast dashboard.
- Access the Candidate's Profile: Locate the candidate profile you want to schedule an interview with.
- Click "Schedule Interview": Locate the "Schedule Interview" button within the candidate's profile.
- Select the Interview Type: Choose the type of interview, such as a phone screen, virtual interview, or in-person interview.
- Set the Date and Time: Select the preferred date and time for the interview slot.
- Choose a Location: Specify the location for in-person interviews.
- Add Interviewers: Add other team members or stakeholders who will participate in the interview.
- Add Notes: Include any specific notes or instructions for the interview.
- Send Invitation: Click "Send Invitation" to send a scheduling invitation to the candidate.
Managing Scheduled Interviews:
- Track Interview Status: View the status of scheduled interviews in the "Interview" tab of your Lightcast dashboard.
- Reschedule or Cancel: Reschedule or cancel interviews as needed.
- Send Reminders: Automatic reminders for both you and the candidate are sent to ensure everyone is aware of the interview time.
