 Navigate to the "Jobs & Candidates" section of your Lightcast dashboard.

  Locate the candidate profile you want to schedule an interview with. 

  Locate the "Schedule Interview" button within the candidate's profile.

 Choose the type of interview, such as a phone screen, virtual interview, or in-person interview. 

  Select the preferred date and time for the interview slot.

  Specify the location for in-person interviews.

  Add other team members or stakeholders who will participate in the interview.

  Include any specific notes or instructions for the interview.

  Click "Send Invitation" to send a scheduling invitation to the candidate.

 View the status of scheduled interviews in the "Interview" tab of your Lightcast dashboard. 

  Reschedule or cancel interviews as needed.
