  You can return unwanted items for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. 

 If you receive a damaged or defective book, you're entitled to a full refund or replacement. Contact our customer service team for assistance.

 If you receive the wrong item, you can return it for a full refund. 

 If you wish to return an item, contact Booktopia's customer service team for guidance. 

  Ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. 

  Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return with the item when you send it back. 

 Once your returned item is received and inspected, you'll receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

 Some items may not be eligible for a refund, such as special order items or digital products.

 Personalized items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Decided to change your mind about a purchase? You can sometimes cancel your Booktopia order before it's shipped. Here's how:

  The quickest and most reliable way to cancel an order is to contact Booktopia's customer service team. You can reach them by phone, email, or live chat. 

  Be ready to provide your order number and any other relevant information to ensure they can promptly locate your order. 

  It's crucial to act quickly, as cancellation requests are typically only processed for orders that haven't yet been shipped.

  Once your cancellation request is processed, you'll receive an email confirmation from Booktopia. 

  If your order was already charged, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method. 

 Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
