Our dedicated IT department provides a comprehensive range of support and technical assistance to ensure a seamless and productive experience for faculty, staff, and students.  

This guide outlines the various IT support channels, resources, and assistance available to you, empowering you to address technical challenges efficiently and maximize your access to Alliant's technological resources.

  Contact the IT Help Desk for troubleshooting common technical issues, password resets, software installation, or general technical advice. 

 Access the IT Help Center website, where you'll find a wealth of knowledge articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides covering a wide range of technical issues.

  Reach out to the IT department via email for non-urgent inquiries or to schedule technical assistance.  

  Some campuses may have an on-campus IT support center where you can visit for in-person technical assistance. 

  Get support with installing and updating Alliant-approved software on your computer or devices.
