OfficeRnD provides a centralized platform for managing bookings, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing conflicts within your workspace. This guide outlines how to track bookings, manage cancellations, and handle any booking conflicts that may arise.
Managing Bookings
- Access Booking Overview:
- Navigate to the "Bookings" section of your OfficeRnD dashboard.
- View Upcoming Bookings:
- Locate the "Upcoming Bookings" section to view a list of all upcoming bookings for your workspace.
- Filter bookings by date, resource type, or member to easily find specific reservations.
- Check Booking Details:
- Click on a booking to view its details, including the resource, date, time, member, and any additional notes.
- Manage Booking Availability:
- View and manage resource availability:
- Check the calendar view to see reserved time slots.
- Modify booking availability for specific resources if needed.
- Monitor resource usage patterns.
Cancelling Bookings
- Cancel a Booking:
- Go to the "Bookings" section and select "My Bookings."
- Locate the booking you want to cancel.
- Click on the "Cancel" button next to the booking details.
- Confirm Cancellation:
- Confirm your cancellation by clicking "Yes."
- Communicate Cancellations:
- Optional: Send a notification to the member who made the booking to inform them of the cancellation.
Handling Booking Conflicts
- Identify Conflicts:
- OfficeRnD will automatically detect any booking conflicts and notify you.
- Resolve Conflicts:
- Review the conflicting bookings and determine the best course of action:
- Contact the members involved to resolve the conflict.
- Modify the booking timings or resource allocation to accommodate both reservations.
- Cancel one of the bookings if necessary.
