Booking Meeting Rooms and Desks

OfficeRnD makes it easy to book meeting rooms, desks, and other resources within your workspace. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to make bookings and manage your reservations.

Booking Resources

  • Access Booking System:
  • Navigate to the "Bookings" section of your OfficeRnD dashboard.
  • Select the "Book Now" option.
  • Choose a Resource:
  • Locate the resource you want to book (e.g., a meeting room or a specific desk).
  • Select the resource by clicking on it on the floor plan or from the resource list.
  • Select Date and Time:
  • Enter the date and time range for your booking.
  • Use the calendar interface to select specific dates and hours.
  • Specify Booking Details:
  • Enter any additional details, such as the purpose of the booking and the number of attendees.
  • Add a title or description for your booking (e.g., "Team Meeting," "Project Brainstorm").
  • Confirm Booking Request:
  • Review the booking information and click "Confirm" to submit your request.
  • Manage Bookings:
  • View your upcoming bookings and past reservations in the "My Bookings" section.
  • Cancel or reschedule bookings as needed.
