Booking Meeting Rooms and Desks

OfficeRnD makes it easy to book meeting rooms, desks, and other resources within your workspace. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough on how to make bookings and manage your reservations.
Booking Resources
- Access Booking System:
- Navigate to the "Bookings" section of your OfficeRnD dashboard.
- Select the "Book Now" option.
- Choose a Resource:
- Locate the resource you want to book (e.g., a meeting room or a specific desk).
- Select the resource by clicking on it on the floor plan or from the resource list.
- Select Date and Time:
- Enter the date and time range for your booking.
- Use the calendar interface to select specific dates and hours.
- Specify Booking Details:
- Enter any additional details, such as the purpose of the booking and the number of attendees.
- Add a title or description for your booking (e.g., "Team Meeting," "Project Brainstorm").
- Confirm Booking Request:
- Review the booking information and click "Confirm" to submit your request.
- Manage Bookings:
- View your upcoming bookings and past reservations in the "My Bookings" section.
- Cancel or reschedule bookings as needed.
