Managing Your Subscription Plan

Keeping your Loom subscription up to date ensures you have access to all the features you need. This guide will help you manage your subscription plan, whether you’re upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your plan.
Steps:
- Log in to Your Account:
- Navigate to Account Settings:
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Go to Subscription:
- In the settings menu, click on the "Subscription" tab.
- View Current Plan:
- Here, you can see the details of your current subscription plan, including the features and billing cycle.
- Upgrade or Downgrade Plan:
- Click on "Change Plan" to view available subscription options.
- Select the plan you want to upgrade or downgrade to, and confirm your selection.
- Cancel Subscription:
- If you wish to cancel your subscription, click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts. Note any potential impact on your access to features.
- Confirm Changes:
- Review the changes to your plan and click "Confirm" to finalize. You will receive an email confirmation of the update.
