Troubleshooting Billing Issues

Encountering billing issues can be frustrating. This guide will help you troubleshoot and resolve common billing problems with your Loom subscription.
Steps:
- Check Payment Method:
- Ensure that the payment method on file is up to date. Go to "Settings" > "Billing" > "Payment Method" to update your credit card or payment details.
- Review Billing History:
- Look through your billing history under the "Billing" tab to identify any discrepancies or missed payments.
- Verify Subscription Status:
- Make sure your subscription is active. If you see any notices about a pending cancellation or suspension, contact Loom support immediately.
- Resolve Payment Failures:
- If a payment fails, you will receive a notification. Go to the "Billing" tab and click on "Retry Payment" after updating your payment method.
- Address Overcharges:
- If you believe you have been overcharged, compare your billing statement with your subscription plan details.
- Contact Loom support with your account information and invoice details to resolve the issue.
- Update Billing Information:
- Ensure your billing information is correct. Go to "Settings" > "Billing" and update your billing address and contact information if necessary.
- Contact Support for Assistance:
- If you are unable to resolve the billing issue on your own, click on "Contact Support" under the "Billing" tab.
- Provide detailed information about the problem and any error messages you have received. Loom’s support team will assist you in resolving the issue.
