Accessing and Downloading Invoices

Keeping track of your billing history is important for managing your expenses. This guide will show you how to access and download invoices for your Loom subscription.
Steps:
- Log in to Your Account:
- Navigate to Account Settings:
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
- Go to Billing:
- In the settings menu, click on the "Billing" tab.
- View Invoice History:
- Here, you will see a list of all your past invoices, including the date, amount, and status of each payment.
- Download Invoices:
- Click on the invoice you wish to download.
- A detailed view of the invoice will appear. Click the "Download" button to save a PDF copy to your device.
- Request Invoice via Email:
- If you need an invoice sent to your email, click on the "Email Invoice" button and enter the recipient’s email address.
- Contact Support for Billing Inquiries:
- If you have any issues accessing your invoices, click on the "Contact Support" link for assistance.
