At Minted, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for items that are:
- Unopened and in their original packaging.
- Not damaged or used.
- Not personalized. Personalized orders are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return package arrives safely.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Obtaining a Refund
- Request a Return: To request a return, log in to your Minted account, go to your Order History, and select the order you want to return. Look for the "Return Items" option.
- Return Shipping: Package the items securely and ship them back to the address provided by Minted.
- Refund Processing: Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
