How to Return an Item

Returning an item to Bewakoof is a simple and straightforward process. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you:

Returning Your Order:

  • Check Return Eligibility: Ensure that your item meets the Bewakoof return policy criteria: unused condition, original tags and packaging intact, no signs of wear or damage. Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
  • Initiate a Return Request: Log in to your Bewakoof account, go to "My Orders," locate the order you want to return, and select "Return Items."
  • Generate Return Label: Follow the instructions on the return portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Package Your Return: Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Securely pack the items to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Attach Return Label: Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided to the package.
  • Drop Off Your Return: Drop off your package at the nearest courier pickup location or schedule a pickup from your location.
  • Track Your Return: Once you have dropped off your return package, you can track its status using the tracking information provided with the return label.
  • Expect Your Refund: Once your returned items are received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
