At Bewakoof, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of receiving your order. 

  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Items must not show any signs of wear, tear, or damage. Personalized items are not eligible for returns.

  To initiate a return, visit your "My Orders" section on the Bewakoof website, locate your order, and select "Return Items."  Follow the instructions on the return portal to generate a return request and receive a prepaid return shipping label.   

 Bewakoof provides a prepaid return shipping label for all returns, so there are no return shipping expenses. 

 Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return policy requirements.  Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

  If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color instead of receiving a refund, please initiate a return and place a new order for your desired item.

Return Policy

Returning an item to Bewakoof is a simple and straightforward process. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you:

 Ensure that your item meets the Bewakoof return policy criteria: unused condition, original tags and packaging intact, no signs of wear or damage.  Personalized items are not eligible for returns.  

 Log in to your Bewakoof account, go to "My Orders," locate the order you want to return, and select "Return Items." 

 Follow the instructions on the return portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label. 

 Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.  Securely pack the items to prevent damage during shipping.  

 Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided to the package.  

 Drop off your package at the nearest courier pickup location or schedule a pickup from your location.

 Once you have dropped off your return package, you can track its status using the tracking information provided with the return label.

 Once your returned items are received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

How to Return an Item

Want to exchange your Bewakoof item for a different size or color? We're here to help! Here's all you need to know about our exchange policy:

  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the same conditions as our return policy: unused condition, original tags and packaging intact, no signs of wear or damage. Personalized items are not eligible for exchanges.

  Start the exchange process by initiating a return request for your current item. You can do this by logging into your Bewakoof account, visiting "My Orders," selecting the order to exchange, and clicking "Return Items." 

  Follow the instructions on the return portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.

  Once you have initiated the return, place a new order for the desired size or color of the item. 

  Package and ship your current item back to us using the prepaid return label. Once we receive the returned item and process your refund (if applicable), the new order will be shipped to you. 

 If the new item you ordered is cheaper than your returned item, you will receive a refund for the difference.  If the new item is more expensive, you will be required to pay the price difference before your new order is shipped.
