Exchange Policy

Want to exchange your Bewakoof item for a different size or color? We're here to help! Here's all you need to know about our exchange policy:

Exchange Process:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the same conditions as our return policy: unused condition, original tags and packaging intact, no signs of wear or damage. Personalized items are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Initiate a Return: Start the exchange process by initiating a return request for your current item. You can do this by logging into your Bewakoof account, visiting "My Orders," selecting the order to exchange, and clicking "Return Items."
  • Return Label: Follow the instructions on the return portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Place a New Order: Once you have initiated the return, place a new order for the desired size or color of the item.
  • Return and New Order: Package and ship your current item back to us using the prepaid return label. Once we receive the returned item and process your refund (if applicable), the new order will be shipped to you.
  • Refund for Differences: If the new item you ordered is cheaper than your returned item, you will receive a refund for the difference. If the new item is more expensive, you will be required to pay the price difference before your new order is shipped.
