The Always Pan
- Food Sticking:
- Ensure the pan is properly preheated before adding oil or ingredients.
- Use the appropriate amount of oil for your recipe.
- Avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Uneven Heating:
- Ensure the pan is placed on a level stovetop burner.
- Consider adjusting the heat setting if the pan is not heating evenly.
- Handle Feels Hot:
- The Always Pan features a stay-cool handle designed to remain comfortable during use. If you experience excessive heat on the handle, try reducing the heat setting.
The Perfect Pot
- Food Sticking:
- Preheat the pot before adding oil or ingredients.
- Use the appropriate amount of oil or butter for your recipe.
- Avoid overcrowding the pot.
- Lid Not Sealing Properly:
- Ensure the lid is properly aligned with the pot's rim.
- Gently press down on the lid to ensure a secure seal.
The Oven & Air Fryer
- Food Not Cooking Evenly:
- Rotate food during cooking to ensure even heating.
- Use the appropriate preheating time for your selected cooking mode.
- Air Fryer Basket Not Moving Smoothly:
- Check that the air fryer basket is properly aligned and secured.
- If the basket sticks, try wiping the basket and the interior of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
