The prompt is the foundation of your image creation journey with Midjourney. It's your creative brief, telling the AI what you envision. The more descriptive and specific your prompt, the more likely you are to get the results you desire.
Prompt Essentials
- Keywords: Use descriptive keywords to describe the subject, scene, or objects in your image. For example: "cat", "sunset", "cityscape", "robot", "forest", etc.
- Style: You can specify the style of your image by adding keywords like "realistic", "fantasy", "abstract", "impressionist", "cyberpunk", etc.
- Composition: You can influence the composition of your image by using keywords like "portrait", "landscape", "close-up", "wide-angle", etc.
- Mood and Feeling: Keywords like "happy", "sad", "scary", "mystical", "calm", etc. can help set the mood and feeling of your image.
- Specific Details: Be as specific as possible about the details you want in your image. For example, instead of "a cat", use "a ginger cat with green eyes" or "a cat wearing a hat."
