Prerequisites:
- A Vocode account
- A prepared list of contacts
- A script or message for the call
Steps:
- Log In to Your Vocode Account:
- Visit Vocode's official website and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Automated Calling Section:
- Once logged in, click on the "Automated Calling" tab on the left-hand menu.
- Create a New Calling Campaign:
- Click on the “Create New Campaign” button.
- Give your campaign a name and description for easy identification.
- Upload Your Contact List:
- Click on the “Upload Contacts” button and select your prepared list of contacts.
- Ensure your contact list is formatted correctly as per Vocode's guidelines.
- Prepare Your Script or Message:
- Under the “Script” section, input the script or message you want to convey during the call.
- You can also use text-to-speech features to convert text into a voice message.
- Schedule Your Calls:
- Choose the date and time you want your automated calls to go out.
