How to Initiate a Return at Wolf & Badger

At Wolf & Badger, we value your satisfaction and want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, initiating a return is a straightforward process. This guide will walk you through the steps to return an item to us securely and efficiently. Please ensure that you initiate your return within our designated return period, which is usually 14 days from the date of delivery.

Steps to Initiate a Return

Follow these easy steps to initiate a return:

  • 1. Login to Your Account: Go to the Wolf & Badger website and sign in to your account using your credentials. If you made a purchase as a guest, use the order confirmation email to access your order.
  • 2. Navigate to Your Orders: Once logged in, go to the 'My Orders' section in your account dashboard. Here, you will see a list of all your recent purchases.
  • 3. Select the Order: Locate the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return. Click on the order to view its details.
  • 4. Choose Items to Return: Within the order details, you should see the items included in that order. Select the specific item(s) you want to return.
  • 5. Specify the Return Reason: You'll be prompted to provide a reason for your return, such as 'Item not as expected' or 'Defective item'. Choose the appropriate reason from the dropdown menu.
  • 6. Print Return Label: After submitting the return request, you will receive a return authorization number. You can then print the return label provided in your return confirmation email.
  • 7. Pack the Item Safely: Carefully pack the item(s) you're returning in their original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, and labels. Ensure that the return authorization number is included in the package.
  • 8. Ship the Package: Affix the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest postal service location. Ensure you keep a shipping receipt in case you need to track your return.
  • 9. Confirmation of Return: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
