Learn how to check the status of your support tickets with Albert. Follow the steps below to stay updated on your inquiries.
Steps to Check Support Ticket Status
- Log in to your Albert account.
- Navigate to the "Support" section from the main dashboard.
- Click on the "My Tickets" tab to view your submitted tickets.
- Locate the support ticket you want to check the status for.
- Click on the ticket ID or title to view detailed information about your ticket's progress.
- The status of your ticket will be displayed at the top of the ticket details page.
